James Faxon is a cybersecurity executive and former Chief Information Security Officer with hands-on experience securing industrial environments across energy, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure. This included establishing a structured security architecture, implementing monitoring and response capabilities across operational environments, and building a combined support model that aligned IT, security, and site operations. At Marathon Petroleum, he was responsible for developing and implementing monitoring and response capabilities across operational and enterprise environments, improving visibility and detection while supporting safe and continuous operations
