These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OnAtlas ("OnAtlas", "we", "us", or "our"), a personal brand intelligence platform operated by Risk and Insight Group, accessible at onatlas.io.
By creating an account or using OnAtlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use OnAtlas.
OnAtlas is a subscription-based platform that provides AI-assisted content generation, brand intelligence, reputation monitoring, and social media publishing tools for executives and professional brands.
You agree to use OnAtlas only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your OnAtlas account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access.
OnAtlas accounts are for individual use within a single organization. You may not share your account credentials or transfer your account to another party.
You retain ownership of all documents, text, media, and other materials ("Your Content") you upload to OnAtlas. By uploading Your Content, you grant OnAtlas a limited license to process, store, and use it solely to provide the services you request within the platform.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law.
OnAtlas may use AI services (including Anthropic's Claude API) to process Your Content for the purpose of generating insights and campaign content. Your Content is not used to train AI models.
OnAtlas uses AI to generate content suggestions, campaign drafts, and brand intelligence summaries. All AI-generated content is provided for your review and editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing any content generated by OnAtlas before it is shared publicly.
OnAtlas does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. Risk and Insight Group is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the publication of AI-generated content through the platform.
OnAtlas integrates with third-party social media platforms including TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram to enable content publishing. By connecting a social media account to OnAtlas:
OnAtlas's use of TikTok's API is limited to publishing content that you create and approve within the platform. OnAtlas does not access TikTok user data for any other purpose.
Access to OnAtlas requires a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of sign-up. By subscribing, you authorize Risk and Insight Group to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
OnAtlas, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Risk and Insight Group and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the OnAtlas platform beyond the limited license to use it as described herein.
"OnAtlas" and the OnAtlas logo are trademarks of Risk and Insight Group. You may not use them without prior written permission.
OnAtlas is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Risk and Insight Group does not warrant that OnAtlas will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
OnAtlas is not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or content accessed through integrations. Social media platform policies may change in ways that affect OnAtlas functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Risk and Insight Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use OnAtlas.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of OnAtlas shall not exceed the amount you paid to OnAtlas in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your OnAtlas account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use OnAtlas ceases immediately. You may request an export of your content before termination where technically feasible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of OnAtlas after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Risk and Insight Group operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OnAtlas shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, binding arbitration.
