James Faxon is a senior technology and cybersecurity executive with more than two decades of experience leading enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and operational transformation across global manufacturing, energy, aerospace, mining, and retail organizations. He has held executive leadership roles including Global CISO, Head of Cyber Operations, and Managing Director, leading large scale initiatives involving ERP modernization, infrastructure transformation, enterprise governance, and technology enabled operational improvement. Throughout his career, James has focused on aligning technology investments to measurable business outcomes while improving scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency. He has led multimillion dollar transformation programs, supported mergers and acquisitions, built enterprise operating models, and advised executive leadership and boards on technology, risk, and modernization strategy. More recently, James has operated in advisory and fractional leadership capacities, helping organizations navigate growth, modernization, workforce development, and emerging technology initiatives including AI enabled operational capabilities.
